The Montrose master planned community is located in the growing northwest portion of the City of Post Falls. With it's abundance of natural resources, rich history, river access, and incredible mountain views, Montrose lies in the heart of the growing Spokane/Coeur d'Alene metropolitan region.

Proposed to be constructed in phases over a 15 year period, the new community will encompass over 490 acres and provide for nearly 1600 residential living units with a variety of home styles and price ranges. Eventually a village retail center, a health club and professional offices are planned along the Seltice Way corridor between Chase Road and McGuire Road.

The Montrose community will include over 65 acres or landscaped common area and open space, including

• A bicycle and pedestrian trail system

When completed the community will include over five miles of trails which will connect the neighborhoods to schools, parks and shopping.

Postal Service - Mail deliver for Montrose is handled from the Post Falls Post Office located at 405 N. Greensferry Road. Simply contact the station at 1-800-275-8777 or visit them and give them your new address and they will assign you a mail box and give you a key.

Refuse Service - This service is provided by the City of Post Falls. Contact them at 773-3511 to order your service. Pick up is scheduled for Mondays.

Avista (Washington Water Power) - Please call to set up electric and gas service: 1-800-922-9137

Phone Service - Your builder has pre-wired your home and provided underground telephone cable to your home. To have your phone installed, contact Frontier at 877-727-6838 and they will arrange a time for installation. The cost of phone installation in your home will vary according to the type of service you will require.

Montrose Master Association - Rockwood Property Management manages the Homeowners' Association. We are responsible for, among other things, maintenance of the entry, parks and common area. While we inspect the site daily, you may notice something we've missed, such as a plugged sprinkler heads, etc. If so, please contact us at 509-893-0800 and we will attend to it as quickly as possible or go online at www.montrosehoa.com and fill out a service form.

Sewer and Refuse - Sewer and Refuse services are provided by the City of Post Falls. Contact the City at 773-3511. .

Water - Water service is provided by East Green Acres Irrigation District- Their office is at N. 2650 McGuire Road, just north of Montrose and they can be reached at 208-773-7579

Cable T.V. - Is provided by Time Warner. For hook-up please contact 667-5521.
