EMERGENCY MEETING: In order to review and discuss a potential settlement of case# CV28-23-6373, the Board has called an Emergency Board Meeting, which is scheduled for 12:30pm on Wednesday, 3/6/24, via Zoom and/or in-person at the RPM office (located at 1421 N Meadowwood Ln #200, Liberty Lake WA). The Board will meet with the Association's legal counsel in Executive Session at the start of the meeting (at 12:30pm); during this portion of the meeting, homeowners will remain in the waiting room. Any decisions that may result from Board discussion in Executive Session will be made in an open Board Meeting directly following. For clarification, a copy of the agenda is included below:

Unless otherwise posted, meetings are held at 5:30pm, location to be determined. Whenever possible, the Board will secure the Post Falls Library for meeting location. This page will be updated as the location for each meeting is finalized.
With the exception of executive session, meetings are open to the membership to attend but Board Meetings are reserved for Director participation; members are welcome and invited to witness the Board conduct business on behalf of the Association. We hope to see you there!

UPDATED 11/6/23: linked to the right, please find an Annual Disclosure, which is an educational effort sent to all homeowner email contacts to ensure you know where and how to access important HOA information. Please take a few minutes to review and become more acquainted with your HOA as well as the online resources offered through Rockwood Property Management (RPM).
For homeowners enrolled in AutoPay (through the HOA Portal), assessments are debited on the first business day after the assessment due date and will post to your checking account (or credit card statement) within 3 business days. Provided that you are properly enrolled in AutoPay and your payment information is correct, no further action is needed to ensure payment of the next assessment. Coupon books are on the way! Homeowners that are enrolled in Portal AutoPay will not receive a coupon book. If you pay any means other than AutoPay (through the Portal), you can expect your coupon book to arrive by mail before January 1. A hard copy of the attached Annual Disclosure has also been sent with the 2024 Budget to ensure all owners receive a copy. As a reminder, the HOA’s governing documents provide for a 60 day grace period for the remittance of assessments. Coupon books are provided as a courtesy but are not required for payment remittance.
